Privacy notice

A plain-language summary of what DueCue collects, why, and the choices you have.

Effective 23 August 2026

Information we collect

Account identifiers, business settings, customer billing details, invoices, payments, delivery events, and security logs needed to run DueCue. We do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

We process data to provide the service, protect accounts, deliver invoices and reminders, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.

Service providers

Specialist hosting, storage, and email-delivery providers process limited data under contract. Delivery events may include sent, delivered, bounced, failed, or suppressed states.

Security and retention

Encryption, tenant isolation, secure cookies, audit trails, and rate limits help protect records. Operational backups age out on a controlled schedule after account closure.

Access, correction, and export

You can update account and business details in settings and export customers, invoices, line items, and payments as stable CSV files. A complete account export is also available.

Account erasure

You can request erasure in Account settings. Access and hosted links are revoked promptly; data is deleted or anonymised unless limited retention is legally required.
