Terms of service

The practical terms that apply when you use DueCue.

Effective 23 August 2026

Service scope

DueCue provides tools to create, deliver, and track invoices and manually record payments. It is not an accounting, tax, banking, or payment-processing service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of invoice content, customer contact details, payment instructions, taxes, numbering requirements, and records you enter.

Tax and legal compliance

Laws vary by location and business type. DueCue’s defaults do not constitute tax or legal advice; obtain professional advice where needed.

Availability and providers

We work to keep DueCue reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Email, hosting, storage, and document services may depend on external providers.

Acceptable use

Do not use DueCue for fraud, harassment, unlawful content, unauthorised access, malware, bulk unsolicited messages, or activity that harms the service or others.

Billing and termination

Any paid plan terms are shown before purchase. You may stop using the service and request account closure; we may suspend access for serious misuse or security risk.

Export and closure

Export your records before closure. Erasure requests revoke access and begin the retention and anonymisation process described in the privacy notice.
